WOMEN’S TENNIS

The Forester women’s tennis team nabbed their first win of the season Saturday morning by sweeping Bethel. After earning the point in doubles, HU claimed wins at all its singles matches, which included quick straight set wins in five of the six spots, to cruise to the W.

Later that afternoon at Baker Park, Huntington was blanked by one of the nation’s powerhouses in #4 Indiana Wesleyan. The Foresters (1-5, 1-3) host Manchester on Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
