WOMEN’S TENNIS

The HU women’s tennis team avenged a 6-0 regular season loss Wednesday afternoon at Eastlake Tennis & Fitness Club by picking off 4th-seeded Grace 4-3 in the quarterfinals of the Crossroads League Tournament.

With this win, not only does it send the Foresters to the semis of the tourney, it also snaps a three-game streak the Lancers held over Ferguson and crew. Huntington, now 7-9 on the season, is back in action Friday to face top-seeded Indiana Wesleyan at 4:30 p.m.
