Do you love to sing and dance?

Do you love to sing and dance while getting upper-level college credit? MUP 30 (also listed as THP 30) Musical Theatre/Opera Workshop might be the class for you! Spring semester 2022, we will be celebrating American music of the 20th and 21st century through a “mini show choir experience.” Students will sing SATB choral arrangements while dancing as we explore the styles of jazz, folk, big band, rock, and pop music of the last 100 years. Class culminates in one performance in April, and meets Tuesdays 4:00-5:30 p.m. and Thursdays 3:00-4:30 p.m. Music will be taught by Joni Killian, music professor, and choreography by HU alumna Desiree Jackson.
