Happy International Education Week
This week the International Student Council (ISC) is celebrating International Education Week (IEW).
IEW is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. Therefore, ISC has prepared a couple of events with the purpose of sharing our cultures and backgrounds.
If you have not noticed, we hung some flags in the Science Hall. Those are some of the flags that represent current and past students at Huntington University. Hanging our flags in the Science Hall is an opportunity that we have twice a year for IEW in November and International Week in April.
The first event that ISC is hosting starts tomorrow. Keep an eye in the Coffey Break tomorrow as we post the first clue for an International Scavenger Hunt. We will give two clues per day, and the event will be available for three days. The first person who sends all the correct answers to ISC will get a $50 gift card. The second and third person will receive a $25 gift card each. Please note that this event is open to every student on campus! Once you have all six answers, send them to ISC@huntington.edu.
Later on in the week, we will post about other events that we will host on campus.
